At Prost, you can order a pretzel as giant as your grin and a platter of as many different flavors as your disposition requires. And when you enter the restaurant’s unassuming lobby, the entire staff, including the chefs and the managers, will greet you. The Thuringer Wurst is made with beef, pork, and garlic, while the Sheboygan Wurst is made with pork, veal, and beef. The Frankfurter Wurst and Bratwurst are made with pork and beef, and all wurst dishes are served with haus saurkraut and one side.

In addition to the individual wurst dishes, Prost Chicago offers Wurst Boards that include a variety of sides, such as haus kraut, red cabbage, black forest ham, warm potato salad, cucumber salad, beets, radishes, roasted red peppers, 3 mustards, and warm beer cheese. The Small Wurst Board includes 2 wursts, while the Big Wurst Board includes 4 wursts. The Uber Board includes 6 wurst and all the sides listed above.

Some other worth-noticing items include the Half Pretzel, which is half of their giant and freshly baked soft pretzel served with House Mustard and Beer Cheese. Furthermore, the appetizers menu features Wisconsin Curds made with authentic curds and Radeberger pilsner batter, served with Ranch. The restaurant also offers Beer and Wine To Go, including 64 oz. Beer growlers with a bottle included in the price and wine bottles, but no alcohol is served after 9 pm. A Bottle of Wine is available, a house-favorite bottle of wine, and Underberg, a digestif bitter produced in Rheinberg, Germany, is also available for purchase.
