History of Catch 35

catch 35 Chicago

The brand Catch 35 was founded in 1990. For the past 27 years, Catch 35 has been based in the Leo Burnett building. Because there were few high-quality seafood options in the Chicago area at the time, Catch 35 was created as a seafood restaurant. The name of the restaurant and the use of the term "Catch" to refer to the fishing technique was both influenced by its location at 35 W. Wacker.
